If you have any changes in your fuel usage, make sure to tell us right away. Be sure to contact us when you know you’ll be moving, so that we can cancel your automatic deliveries.

Looking for predictable monthly bills? We offer budget payment plans designed to help you manage your propane costs with ease. With this plan, you’ll pay the same amount each month, making it easier to stay on top of your energy budget.

We carefully track your payments and actual usage, so you’ll always know whether you have a credit or a small balance due. To ensure accuracy, we recalculate your monthly payment at least once a year, adjusting for changes in consumption or propane prices.

Will-Call Service

If our automatic delivery option isn’t the best fit for you, you can choose to be a will-call customer. This means you’ll monitor the percentage gauge on your propane tank and let us know when it’s time for a refill. While your gauge will go all the way to zero before you run out, we recommend reaching out when your gauge is between 15-20%. This helps us plan your delivery efficiently, saving you money by keeping you on our standard delivery route.

However, if you require an urgent delivery, you may face a higher per-gallon price and possibly a call-out fee for after-hours or remote locations. To avoid the inconvenience of running out of propane, keep an eye on your gauge and give us a call before it hits empty.
